To protect the purity of the honey the honeybees are not managed with any chemicals or antibiotics.  The honey is harvested from the beehive using hand brushes instead of chemical repellents or other hash fume producing products.   Removing the honeybees manually from the combs is very time consuming, but is a step necessary to assure the Purity and Natural composition and protects nature’s antioxidants.
